This policy describes what airamax.com stores in your browser and why. It applies to the airamax.com marketing website; the AIRAmax application itself is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The airamax.com website is a static site with no login. Its one form, the Demo day registration at airamax.com/demoday, sends your details to us — what we do with them is described in the Privacy Policy, section "E-mail campaign and Demo day" — and stores nothing in your browser. Specifically, in your browser we use:

Marketing scripts load only on the airamax.com/demoday page, and only after you consent to the marketing category. They tell Meta and LinkedIn about the page visit and a successful registration (to Meta as a "CompleteRegistration" event); nothing you type into the form is sent to them. Meta and LinkedIn also process this data under their own policies, as independent controllers.
In the site footer, click Cookie settings. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent and takes effect immediately — the statistical and marketing scripts stop loading the next time the page is opened (those already loaded run until you close it). Clearing the site data in your browser has the same effect.
We use PostHog in its EU region (eu.i.posthog.com), so the statistical data from this website does not leave the European Union. The Meta pixel and LinkedIn Insight send data to Meta Platforms Ireland and LinkedIn Ireland, which may transfer it to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The list of processors for the application itself can be found in the Personal Data Processing document.
This policy covers the marketing site. The AIRAmax application itself is a different case and has no banner: a signed-in customer is in a contractual relationship with us, and what is measured there is about their own account, not about an anonymous visitor. The app stores ph_* in localStorage (on that domain, not on airamax.com — so your answer to this banner is not side-stepped) and sends product analytics to PostHog in its EU region, on the basis of legitimate interest. Exactly what is measured, what never is, and how to object are described in the Privacy Policy, section "Other data we process".
On the pages a broker sends you (contract signing, consent, viewing confirmation), analytics is not loaded at all.
